How can I cancel an order?
You can easily cancel your order if the status is either "Pending" or "Processing" by sending a support ticket to our Order Support Department.
Please note, if the item is listed as "Ready To Ship" we will try our best to cancel the order, but we can not guarantee such as thats the status when our supplier is ready to ship the item.
